Complete 3-hour Power to Arrest training This is one part of the single provider’s complete 8-hour course. Complete 5-hour Appropriate Use of Force training Complete the required course format with the same provider. Pass the provider-administered course examination Use practice questions to learn the rules, but obtain the real completion from the course provider. Save the certificate and course details Keep the certificate serial, provider and instructor details, and course dates needed for the application. Submit and pay for the BSIS application Save the BreEZe receipt or paper-payment record and a copy of the submitted application. After submission/payment, complete Live Scan Use the current Security Guard form, make details match, and keep the ATI number and completed copy. Check official registration status before working Application submission and fingerprint transmission are not approval. Plan the first 16 hours of skills training Complete the required first block within the current employment timing rules. Complete the remaining 16 hours within six months Keep training records and complete the full 32-hour follow-up requirement. Calendar eight hours of continuing training each year Keep the records required by the current rules.
